At St. James’, the celebration of Holy Eucharist is the principal form of worship on Sunday, and services are held at 8.00 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. The earlier service is a spoken service with a homily (short sermon.) The 10.30 a.m. service includes congregational hymns, offerings from St. James’ choirs, and a sermon. Music is a treasured part of worship at St. James’ and we are proud of our three choirs: the Senior Choir, the Expressions of Faith Gospel Choir, and the Children’s Choir. Please note that, on occasion, only one service will be held on Sunday morning. This occurs during the summer months (July and August) and on certain special days in the life of St. James’ Parish. Please consult the upcoming events section for information.
